Chillin Away isn’t just a cabin, it’s an experience. Perched atop a mountain (but accessible!), our place boasts unparalleled, million-dollar views you won’t find anywhere else in Sevierville/ Pigeon Forge. Hot tub, 2 fireplaces, fire pit, game room with bumper pool, arcade, seasonal pool and large deck. Sleep 6, 3BR, 2 bathrooms.

The space

• 2 King bedrooms on the main level and 2 Twin beds off the loft area, sleeps 6. Beds have 5-star hotel linens.

• Fully loaded kitchen with Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender, rice cooker, slow cooker, and waffle maker.
• 3 Roku Smart TVs
• 2 Arcades, bumper pool and shuffle board for entertainment

What We Provide ⬇️

• Cabin is equipped with WIFI and 3 Roku TVs, so BYO passwords for Netflix and Hulu just like at home.
• We provide hand soap and a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and dishwashing soap.
• Complimentary start of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion will be in each bathroom.
• Keurig with a start of K-cups.
• Cooking oil, salt, and pepper
• Keep in mind that there is bear activity in the area surrounding the cabin Please keep the outdoor trash latched at all times as bears can and will open it to get to the trash. Keep your car and cabin door locked. DO NOT FEED BEARS. BEARS ARE DANGEROUS!

Guest access

You will receive a door code by 1 pm the day before your scheduled check-in day. Parking on-site for up to 3 vehicles.

Other things to note

• Primary renter MUST be 25+ years of age
• Maximum occupancy is 6 people
• Resort pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (depending on weather)
• Person booking the property will be prompted to upload a photo of driver’s license and sign a rental agreement within 48 hrs. to secure the booking
• A $250 credit card off-platform security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released/refunded 7 days after departure if no damages are reported.
• Code to access the property will be provided the day before check-in at 1pm
• No animals allowed. Bringing animals to the home will result in forfeiting the full deposit, additional clean-up fees, and eviction with no refunds.
• Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.)
• Guest acknowledges security cameras located on the exterior of the property facing the driveway are on and recording outside only audio/video when motion detected, cease when motion ends; recordings reviewed solely for emergencies, damage assessment, or enforcing house rules. There are NO cameras inside the cabin.
• The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters and encounter bugs.

• Lawncare Services: Our landscaping team may stop by to maintain the property grounds during your stay. They’ll aim to be in and out quickly to minimize any disturbance.
